Policies

For faster support: Provide a transaction ID (retrieve it from > World > Account History or your dashboard at secondlife.com). Avoid notecards.
STALE TRANSACTION or REPEATED PURCHASE:
Don't panic. Contact me as soon as possible for a redelivery or refund.
REDELIVERY of a 'no-transfer' item has to be on record. At least I need the date of purchase (if possible, check the item properties for the date of acquisition).
NO REFUNDS: I provide demos & preview vending machines. Please try it before you purchase. No-Transfer items = Non-Returnable.
I can't replace any no-copy items that you can't give back to me with all original parts included. I'm not responsible if you delete or ruin your item on purpose.
If you loose a no-copy item check 'Lost And Found' and Trash. Submit a ticket to LindenLab.
We don't have any reseller. All creations are protected under copyright law. Please support original content and report thievery. A summary of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act can be found at www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf.

Item FAQ:

I don't take custom work. You will ask anyway, right? I'm open minded if you are experienced enough to know what you are talking about. Please explain right away and straight to the point what you wish to be customized. It has to take little time (somewhat 5 mins). No skin mods. This seems to be quickly done for you but in fact this will take more likely a hour (from our correspondence, file orga, modding, post-processing, in-world testing, assembling and eventually negotiation for your satisfaction). This is real work. It takes time for real income away and it's not creative at all. You not gonna pay L$ 15K for a pimple, right? Of course, your suggestions are appreciated.
I don't sell skin templates. The value of this amount of work is inestimable.
Even though I do attentive quality checks, something might be wrong. Also new client/server versions can cause an undesirable behavior of items. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
No discounts & no custom permissions (even for bulk sales). I'm afraid I can't do this 'cause I had to offer this in the first place then.

AO (Animation Override) & Zhao-II: I did a redesign of a common AO-HUD, which one seems to be popular among some animation sellers. The only AO I offer at this time is my "PLAY! Female AO". For any other sets please contact the store you bought it from, for proper support.

Zhao-II is distributed under the GNU General Public License which means that its source code is freely-distributed and available to the general public. If you received this stand-alone HUD with limited permissions or if you paid for it, fill an abuse report to Linden Lab.

Inworld issues & SL basics

What does rezzing mean? At Urban Dictionary.
For any issues with failing to attach items or rezzing of objects check http://status.secondlifegrid.net.
Be sure your current location allows you to rez or run script (HUDs need to be attached on a script enabled area).
I can't fit items specifically for your avatar. Each shape is different, therefore my items comes either with modify permission or may be at least resizable.

Why does my modifiable purchase says no modify?
Inventory may confuse you. It is modifiable even though the item itself says otherwise. It’s just some content of it that is no-modify.
